To the maximum extent permitted by law, HolaStars shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months or $100, whichever is greater.
